About this business
Ember Seren is a small, UK-based creative business run by one person (Ember). I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price shown. All prices are in GBP.
What I sell
Spellsheets, kits and pre-cast jars; colouring books; digital downloads such as art, branding packs, invitations and planners; and physical items including oils, candles, matches, incense, herbs, crystals and cards. Some items are sold directly through this website, and others through Etsy or Amazon - each listing makes clear where the purchase actually takes place.
Payment
Purchases made through the Ember Seren shop on this website are processed securely through Snipcart, with Stripe handling card payments. I never see or store your full card details. A separate PayPal payment page may be used only for bespoke or previously agreed orders. Purchases made through Etsy or Amazon are covered by their own payment systems and buyer protections instead.
Digital downloads
Digital items (such as spellsheets and other printable downloads) are delivered instantly. Because the file is available to you immediately, digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the order is complete, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Physical items
For physical items bought directly through this website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. To do this, contact me at emberseren.shop@gmail.com before sending anything back. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Standard Ember Seren products are made to order, but this does not remove your statutory cancellation rights. Genuinely personalised or bespoke goods made to your individual specifications may have different cancellation rights where permitted by law; this will be made clear before purchase.

All spellwork, rituals, spell sheets and related products are sold for entertainment, reflection and personal ritual purposes only. They make no guarantee of any specific outcome, and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you're dealing with a medical, legal or financial matter, please speak to a qualified professional.
Product safety
Candles, matches and incense are fire risks. Always follow basic fire safety: never leave a flame unattended, keep away from children, pets and flammable materials, and extinguish fully after use.
Herbs, oils and crystals sold or included in kits are intended for ritual, decorative and wellbeing use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have allergies, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, please check ingredients carefully or consult a doctor before use.

All designs, text, artwork and the Ember Seren sigil on this site are my own work and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without permission.
